Everything we do is fun for the whole family. Disrespectful behavior and attitudes are not acceptable. While kids of all ages are welcome, please understand you are responsible for them at all times.

The landowners at Loring have given us exclusive access for this event to the grounds and other areas typically off limits to the public. Many buildings are old and potentially hazardous without a tour guide present. Please respect all locked doors, gates, and areas marked off limits without a guide present.

For the safety of everyone involved and those we may come in contact with, drugs and alcohol are not permitted behind the wheel at any time during the rally. Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed at your camp at night. Any disrespectful or disruptive behavior will result in your immediate dismissal from the event without refund.

All the areas to be explored are privately owned. Our access here is a privilege, not a right. To that end, please observe the following:

• Locked buildings and gated off areas are off limits without a tour guide present.

• Obey speed limits. Unless otherwise posted, a speed limit of 30mph is to be respected on all base roadways. Taxiway Alpha and Bravo speed limit is 45mph, and the main runway is limited to 65mph. High speed runs on the runway are prohibited due to safety concerns. Keep right at all times. The main runway is closed to traffic after dark until 8am.
  
• Camp fires are only permitted at the community fire pit. Individual campfires are only allowed if off ground and must be small and not around any vegetation or flammable materials.

• Quiet hours at all camping areas are to be observed from 9pm to 8am. No gas generators are permitted except in the RV zone and may not be run during quiet hours.
  
• Pick up ALL trash. We will leave our area better than we found it including picking up all our trash. There is a dumpster on site for garbage. Leave no trace.

• Drone usage in the wildlife refuge/weapons storage area is prohibited. Use over other event areas by permission only from 207 Overland.

• How will I navigate? During the event, there will be multiple tours each day of the entire base. With every registration and entry at the gate, we will also issue a map detailing all the areas of the event.

• What does The SAC Overland Rally cost? Registration for the event starts at $100 and helps to cover the cost of putting on the event, insurance, amenities, security, and providing classes. There are additional levels and courses available at checkout for an additional fee. Finally, there is an option for exciting overland trips to and from the event that we cant recommend enough.

• Are dogs allowed? Yes, your well mannered fur covered family members are more than welcome to attend. They must however be controlled and on a leash at all times and you must pick up after them. We also ask that constant barking be controlled as well, especially during quiet hours for the enjoyment of everyone else around you.

• How many people can I bring? Your registration is per vehicle and is good for you and anyone else traveling with you in the same vehicle.

Registered attendees are welcome to bring their RV and stay in the designated RV camping area or spend the nights in a nearby hotel/motel.

Yes! Although we recommend staying the entire weekend for the full experience, there is a Day Pass option for Saturday the 30th at checkout. The gates open Friday at 1PM and camping on site early is not permitted unless you are part of the 207 crew helping at the event.
